Our welcome address is at 8:30. Regular sessions begin at 9:15 and run concurrently until 3:00. The program (mailed in April) is the ticket to all sessions—participants are welcome to attend any session they like (more than 15 per hour).
The day begins at 8:30 a.m. with a welcome address. Starting at 9:15 are more than 80 presentations from UO faculty and students.
The day is aimed at high school students, grades 9-12; we're unable to accommodate other age groups. Registration is first-come, first-served and will end when our capacity is reached.
The registration cost is $10.00 per student. Teachers and parent chaperones continue to participate at no cost.
The registration form must be mailed in, accompanied by a single check or money order made out to the Yamada Language Center—you can download the form below. We look forward to seeing you on May 1.
Parking and other logistical information will be sent in April along with program materials. For groups traveling from a great distance, please contact Travel Lane County for more information.
Students can pack a lunch, or eat at the student union (Chipotle, Panda Express, Falling Sky, Joe's Burgers, Subway, etc.).
