Foreign Language and International Studies Day is Oregon's largest event devoted to language and culture study!

The day begins with a keynote address at 8:30 in the EMU Ballroom. Regular sessions begin promptly at 9:15 and end at 3:00. There will be more than 20 different presentations per hour.

Every year the program offers a diverse array of presentations, workshops and hands-on activities, covering a wide range of topics and interests.

Students have many chances throughout the day to use their foreign language skills as well as acquire new ones. The variety and range of presentations is truly impressive, as past participants can personally attest to.

Hands-on training sessions with UO language faculty as well the chance to network with colleagues from around the state.
