The Times Old English font on the English font page has the characters necessary for using the WWW in icelandic (eth and thorn).

The international character set Latin-1 (ISO 8859-1) has the necessary characters to use some network services in icelandic (though NOT the World Wide Web). A font for the Latin-1 character set is available on our multiple language font page.
