• Students who've taken Introduction to Spanish Theater with Professor Juan Epple will be the first to admit their acting skills leave something to be desired. But their understanding of the plays is much deeper. And so is their self-confidence. • Ahlan wa Sahlan. Arabic 101-103 will be offered for the first time this summer by the World Languages Academy. Earn 15 language credits and complete a year of study in eleven weeks. Classes run 11-2:20, M-F. Contact us for more information.

• Registration is now underway for Fall classes—the WLA will be offering two new languages with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, Sahaptin and Norwegian. • ANVILL is YLC's latest tool for language teachers, and it's now ready for beta testing. ANVILL integrates essential tools for written and spoken communication, like wikis and voice-based message boards. It's also a useful course builder, especially for those trying to teach at a distance.
