Education, Travel, and Culture

Education, Travel, and Culture is an Oregon based non-profit student exchange program. We would like to present to students and adults the opportunity to host an exchange student participating in our inbound program or travel to another country to experience a different culture through our outbound program. Our mission is to promote international understanding and goodwill by providing high quality educational and cultural exchange program.
