Go to the Tools Menu and Select Spelling and Grammar.

1) Ignore a word, such as your name, that the computer does not know.

2) Change the spelling to a suggested spelling.

3) Change the spelling by re-typing or correcting the mistake yourself.

Note: As you type in Microsoft Word, your spelling errors are underlined in red, and your grammar errors in green.

1) Go to the Tools and select Language...

2) Choose the language:
