1). Go to http://www.real.com/realplayer and download RealPlayer on your computer
2). Open RealPlayer.app from dock or applications folder
3). Click on Window from toolbar and select Open RealPlayer Downloader
4). Open a Youtube video on your browser
5). If you see the name of your video on RealTime Downloader, click Download.
6). The video will initially be saved in format which the video was uploaded (Usually .mp4 or .flv). If you wish to convert audio or movie format, click on convert or open RealPlayer Converter from Window.

Tips:
- The realplayer downloader may not download properly if the video's not fully loaded on your browser
- Make sure that realplayer plugin is properly installed
Note: Due to the recently added privacy setting, not all videos are downloadable.
