1). Open the folder that contains your video.

Note: The initial storage place for videos downloaded via RealPlayer Downloads will be stored in Finder >> Movies >> RealPlayer Downloads

 

2). Open RealPlayer Converter (Either by clicking on convert or from Window option)

3). You can change the output format by clicking on box below Convert to:

4). Set the save destination then click on Start

Tip: You can customize the output by clicking on create custom
