Configuring Windows Firewall Exceptions for using QuickTime Player

From Win XP desktop, click Start and then click Control Panel
In Control Panel, click on Security Center.
In Windows Security Center, under Manage security settings for, click Windows Firewall
Click the Exceptions Tab under Windows Firewall
In the Exceptions Tab, click Add Program… then choose Quick Time Player and click OK.
Note - If the program that you wish to add is not listed in the Add a Program box, click Browse to locate the application on your hard drive
